Shipping & Returns

WHERE'S MY STUFF?

Shipment will be based upon the availability of the items you ordered and the shipping options you selected. For example, if you placed an order for an item and selected domestic UPS Ground Shipping (3 to 7 days, depending upon where you live), your total delivery time would be 1 day (processing) + 3 to 7 days (shipping time). In other words, you could expect your package to be delivered within 4 to 8 days of placing your order. We will notify you when items are out of stock before processing your payment in the case that you need the items immediately.

Customized Orders and Out-of-Stock Items

If your order contains one or more items that are not in stock, or customized items, your order will be held until all items come in. You can notify us to ship what we have and send the back ordered items or customized items when they arrive. Should you neglect to make that choice we will automatically hold the order until all of the items are here and ready to be shipped. You can request immediate shipping for the items that we currently can ship by indicating in the COMMENTS field at check-out (Extra Shipping Fees will apply):

I want my items faster. Ship them as soon as they become available (at additional cost)

Ordering items with different availability? Don't let the slower items hold up the rest of your order! Request to have your items ship as they become available, beginning with those already in stock. You'll be charged a per-shipment fee for each shipment, but you'll get some or all of your items earlier than you would by the default "Holding of items". Of course, we'll still attempt to save you money by consolidating items where it makes sense to do so.

Note: We are unable to accept cheques as payment on shipments set to ship as available.

Does choosing UPS Express or UPS Express Saver shipping mean my order will arrive in one or two days?

Not necessarily. Remember it takes 24 hours to process your order. If you select UPS Saver Shipping, the items will ship after the 24 hours and arrive on the following business day--two business days total. Similarly in the case of UPS Second-Day Air, shipping time will be a total of three business days. We will estimate delivery dates for you in the order confirmation e-mail that is sent at the time of shipping. Please keep in mind that there is no weekend delivery for UPS Next-Day or UPS Second-Day Shipping. In the case of items that take two-three weeks delivery (stated in the description) the express shipping options will be applied when we receive the items in stock.

SALES TAX

We are required to collect the GST sales tax for orders delivered within the Country of Canada and GST and PST for purchases made within the province of B.C.. The appropriate state and local taxes will be automatically added to your order.

OUR RETURNS POLICY

Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment (including gifts), you may return any of the following items(except Outlet Sale items) you purchased, for any reason, for a refund excluding any shipping charges (we'll also refund the shipping charges if the return is a result of our error)
- Any item in new condition with original packaging and accessories.

*For customized items products that have been personalized with special orders, the return will not be accepted, unless the product was the wrong specification from what was ordered. In terms of cancellation on custom orders, we may accept it only if there are unavoidable circumstances. Cancelation fee of 38% will be applied for cancelling custom orders. 30% for stocking, 4% for the purchase card transaction fee and 4% for the refund card transaction fee.

Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from the Token Mino web site.

We will not accept items returned after 30 days.

If you have supplied is with your e-mail address, we will notify you of your refund via e-mail once we've received and processed the returned item. If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund.

Return shipping will be at your expense if the return is not a result of our error.

Restricted or prohibited import goods vary in county. Importing swords regardless of sharpened or unsharpened may be prohibited by your country. Please confirm with the authority of your country prior to purchase. In case your sword is confiscated at customs, we will not take any responsibilities or refund.

Lost Items

We can trace shipments only if they were sent via UPS. If you don't receive a shipment within a reasonable time, call us and we will activate a search. Once again, items shipped by Canada Postal Service cannot be traced, therefore the customer assumes responsibility for lost packages if requesting Canada Postal Service.

Damaged Items:

In the case of damage, please include the original packaging with the item and the filled-out packing slip form. We will re-ship when we receive the returned item.

Discount Coupon:

Discount Coupons cannot be used with other promotions.

Packing and Sending your Return

You can pack and send your return to us in just a few simple steps.

1.Contact us to explain why the item is being returned
2.Pack the items securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer.
3.Send to a Address that we give you via email.

Please note: If your return is not the result of our error, the shipping cost of that returned item will be at your expense.

SPECIAL HANDLING

Any special handling requests, such as gift card text, customizing/personalization and special directions, can be added in the Comments section at check out on the web-site or on the order form. Token Mino makes every attempt to recycle boxes and packing materials with which to ship out orders.
